review 1: Portraits of Celina is a horror book of love and revenge. When Bailey discovers the truth of Celina and the cause of the the revenge it is trilling to be able to go along for the ride like Bailey in a way was interesting and overwhelming. Although the title makes sense in the end i found it to be quite crude of the way it makes sense. Even through the crudeness of it all i find it as an exception book for YA readers and recommend it.
review 2: It took me a few days to get into this book, and even when I began to read it more it was only because I wanted it finished, not because I particularly cared what happened. I didn't care much for any of the characters and found myself getting annoyed with them more often than nor, Amelia in particular. In the end, figurin... moreg out who killed Celina seemed way too easy and the ending, to me, was slightly cheesy. Easy and cheesy, that's how I would describe this book. less
