review 1: I was never really a huge fan of military alternate history, but Taylor Anderson knows his stuff and his series is both compelling and addictive. Once I start, I can barely put the books down. Takes him a year to write and I plow through in a week, just so I can make it last. I intentionally allow time to go by and read my other favorite authors so that when I come back to this series there is more than one novel I can grab.
