review 1: Burn Out completely shocked me. I was not expecting to enjoy the book as much as I did. I love the characters especially Rachel, Stacey, Mike, and Maggie. I love that it took place in Florida. Although I am from South Florida, I could relate to lots of the tidbits mentioned. I did find a few editing errors that slowed me down a little, but the story was certainly worth the read. I look forward to reading more adventures of Rachel Scott and Florida Omni Search. I also am looking forward to making the Firehouse Chili. Great debut by Traci Hohenstein!
review 2: An exciting mystery involving a great female sleuth who is a pleasure to read about. Rachel has a heart and shows it during her investigation of a missing female firefighter during a fire at a local... more market. Some interesting developments that certainly thicken the plot. This story really flows. Not a heavy read as I would have anticiapted and your left with a little bit of a question mark which I assume leads you to the next book. Thumbs up for this series! less
