review 1: This book is part of the Hamden series, but I do feel that it can be read as a stand alone. I do recommend reading the series, however. The same characters are in each book with a few new ones added as you go. This book is about Dylan and Natalie. We met Dylan as the love them and leave them playboy in book one. Natalie is a virgin Kindergarten teacher who needs to find a guy to help make her dying mom happy. She propositions Dylan and the relationship begins. Natalie is so sweet. I wanted to thump Dylan in the head when he said such hurtful things. What is it about the men of Hamden that they do such dumb things? Good thing they know how to apologize. No cliffhanger. Lots of points of view. Nice quick read because you are so involved in their lives that you d... moreon't want to put it down.
review 2: This is a good love story. This is a story about the virgin and the playboy can they work things out? can they fall in love? We meet Dylan in the three of hearts book he is Seth's best friend and business partner. This book starts out slightly after three of hearts ends. Seth and Mia make an appearance in this book and Seth and Dylan are still giving each other good fun ribbing. In this book there are two new characters that are brought into the series. The first is Natalie she is a woman trying to please the one person who has been there through the ups and downs in her life. The other is CeCe she is Dylan's friend who is there to give helpful advice and kick people in the but to get them to do the right thing. This is a great book about seeing yourself through another's eyes. I would recommend this book to anyone less
