review 1: Typical W. E. B. Griffin story. As with a couple of his recent books, TOP SECRET did not really end, it just stopped, leaving a lot of loose ends It did, however, provide closure for EMPIRE AND HONOR although it took several months to do so. Griffin's books are generally an easy read, but his recent trend to the "tire smoking, screeching stop" instead of the logical ending are costing him readers.
review 2: I really enjoyed this book. I've missed this group of people. Typical Griffin. Not as good as some of his first ones. But still, a good way to spend some time.

Simple military intrigue. May not hold my interest enough to read future books in series.
