review 1: hmm... I was wondering if they were going to add more context into this series. But unfortunately, now the context is -out-of-context (get it?) in the respect that the titanic sunk 1912, after queen Victoria's death in 1901. Luckily, this is a fictional story so I guess it doesn't really matter. Additionally, there was not much difference between the time this book was set (late 19th century) and the time the titanic sunk (early 20th century) But for the sake of the rest of the context I've seen used in this series so far, that needed to be pointed out. Mind you, it was never said that the ship was called The Titanic. The information was implied by the events that happened on the ship which resembled the events on that happened on the Titanic.
review 2: Oh wo... morew oh wow oh wow. That was awesome - violent and bloody and awesome. Demons and zombies and shinigamis and knights, oh yes! And if you walk away from this volume not loving Lizzie then I don't know what to do with you, I honestly don't. Also, I adore Ronald Knox and I've even grown to adore the latest addition to the Phantomhive staff, Snake (---says Oscar). Next volume should be doubly great. Bring on the zombie cruise apocalypse! less
