review 1: **** SPOILERS!****and a couple impolite wordsit could have been better. Here's 3 reasons why it was alright, not great:1) She's a Preachers daughter for Christ sakes! She slept with her boyfriends cousin/brother in the trunk of his car. Don't tell me you guys wouldn't judge the shit outta her!! Bc I sure as Hell Would! Bottom line: they shouldn't have slept together. It would have sent a better message. #sheAHoe2) I actually wish that sawyer got his ass beat by Beau. He let all that shit happen to her? I woulda judged her but I wouldn't have gone so far as to bully her.... That much....... Lets move on.3) why the hell did beau have to leave for so long? I understand maybe a few days, but he should have known that she would be vulnerable to the cruel minds of high sc... morehool.
review 2: OOOOOH MY GODI think it's been a while since I read something SO. FREAKING. AWFUL. It wasn't the HUGE amount of slut shaming. It wasn't even the ABSOLUTE lack of comas. It was the plot. It only took 30 pages for me to ask myself, IS ASHTON MENTAL??? She's soooo sure she loves Sawyer, but it only takes her about 20 minutes to throw herself to his cousin.I think it will take me some time to find another book like this one. less
