review 1: Hm...I don't really know how I feel about this book, I think it was a pretty generic plot, I mean it had everything that you need in a book, but it lacked an original plot. It was definitely an interesting stor, but it did nothing for me in terms of plot. The characters were extremely cliche that I felt I was watching a disney channel movie!!! Everything was very predictable, right down to the characters personalities, to the ending of the story. I mean by the middle of the story, I just new what was going to happen I just skipped a few chapters just to finish the book! I wont say it was terrible, but then again it was nothing special. I dont think the author really understands how to shape a story plot and intrigue, because I couldnt help but think this author was just g... moreoing by the book, not really trying to make it unique. I will say the idea for this story was excellent, but it didnt follow through with me! Some of you may enjoy this book, but for the people who really know what makes an amazing book, I would pass of this book
review 2: The Julian Game is a page turner full of irresistible high school drama. Raye is a sweet, smart and vulnerable high school student who just wants to be accepted by the popular crowd. When Ella, the ‘it’ girl befriends Raye, a few poor decisions put her in over her head and longing for her old, boring, studious life. Raye learns the hard way about true friends vs. fake friends and how social media websites can create a whirlwind of trouble. This book has many powerful messages about two-faced friends, the desire for revenge and the damage of bullying. less

I thought that this was a clever story. I really enjoyed all of the characters good, bad, and ugly.

Read it all in one day. Pretty good, but I still feel as if it lacks a good juicy plot.
