You know I'm cross states and territories and i'll fucking battle monsters just so I can stand by your side.ซึ่งมันจริงที่ James พูดออกมาทุกอย่าง แต่ความจริงแล้ว Jules สามารถจัดการทุกอย่างได้ดี โดยไม่ต้องพึ่งเจมส์ด้วยซ้ำ แต่มันน่ารักมากในความคิดของเราแอบจิตตกนิดหน่อยตอนที่ Jules เจอ Erik กลัว และ ไม่ชอบนิยายแบบรักสามเส้า เพราะ Erik โคตรเท่ห์ได้ใจเราแบบ alpha man มากๆ แอบคิดว่ามากกว่าพระเอกด้วยซ้ำ แต่ทุกอย่างก็คลี่คลายไม่มีอะไรอย่างที่เรากลัว นั่นแหละ เราลุ้นว่าพระเอกเล่มต่อไปขอให้เป็น Erik
review 2: wow!!!great fun . .fast paced adventure in a post apocalyptic setting . . .just wow! what i liked . . .*great world building. this set the stage for a new series i plan on impatiently waiting for . . .*great character development. two MCs i actually like!! even the female!!! i have been drawn to m/m romance lately as i have found i liked the characters better, or perhaps i got bored with most females in het romance. anyway, jules is great. yes, a damaged soul with a frightening past. but she kicks ass! literally!!! she is a soldier in a new war with incredible skills. she is fiercely loyal to the few friends she lets them get close. (*this sets up major action plot development*) and james is . . .a techie CIA analyst who is jules handler . . . and he falls in love . . . the development of their romance in the book does not take many pages, but you know it has been a year in the making. the change from a long distance relationship to technology to finally in person is great to watch. this is how she describes him"she marveled. he was kind and stubborn, weak and strong, brilliant and caring. And all hers."*the secondary characters are great. i can't wait to see what is in store for carrie and erik . . . and ben and rose are the grandparents everyone wants . . .*the dialogue and banter is so fun!*the action scenes are intense, some more than others, but well donewhat didn't work for me . . .not much . . .i really liked it!but, not to be a downer . . . it got a little sweet . . . a little too neat in the end . . . i am left wanting what happens next and am THRILLED there is no insane cliff hanger . . .but it is a neatly packed ending . . .and i LOVED IT !!!!! **i will most certainly be reading this again . . this is my first alisha rai . . . and not my last . .. off to discover her back list :) less
