review 1: I have read many books by this author and there such good books.I found this book by looking for another book. This book is really funny you just have to read it to see.I like this book because it makes you laugh and sometimes you actually wonder what is going on inside other peoples minds. This book shows what are the good and the bad things about high school like what you can and can't do.The book is actually fun to read because it actually teaches you something you probably didn't know before or at all.It makes you wonder about the world around you
review 2: So, talking with my reading team about good books for the boys in 8th grade, we came across this title and I volunteered to read it. I wasn't impressed with the first few lines. I mean, you don't tell your
... more name and your issue right off the bat, but it worked with this story. Yes, there are swears and talk of sex and "tents", but this is the story of a15year-old boy, and I expect it. (Really, I just don't want to know these things, but the reality is....) Anyway, the story line is good, the feelings are genuine, and I did care about most of these characters. It took me a couple of hours, so a quick read, and a note, definitely for advanced readers because the content is a bit edgy. less

I like the story, but I'm not a big fan of the audio/narrator. I'll read more of Zadoff's books.
