review 1: What I really liked about this series is that Brian and Talker chose to grab and fight for love and happiness instead of living in past hurts and pain, giving in to fear, insecurity, and hate, and giving up. Brian grasped the gift of loving Talker and being loved by Talker when he said that he "didn't really live" until Talker "saw" him. Their story made me feel good, hopeful, and inspired... why I love reading.
review 2: 4.5 I loved this book. There wasn't a ton of angst or anything, but there was growth and I could be totally happy with this being the final book in the series, BUT, I would also love to see what Talker finds for himself. That being said, this book takes place immediately following the last book and 3 years in the future. It didn't strike th
... moree same chords as the previous two, but it definitely is touching and has a level of maturity where you can really feel Talker growing up. And it was great to see Brian as well find his path. Great book, great story. less

Short but sweet. A little fairytale-ish, but I really liked it.
