review 1: Finally Gemma's story! While I kind of wanted to see her with Ace in the last couple of books, I think her HEA is just right this way too. And I like Trace but again would have liked to see his character more flushed out. It seems the author focuses much more on the female characters in this series. And I felt the ending was too soon. I liked how the beginning of the story was paced and then it's as if the author had to finish the book in 8 seconds (pun intended). Still I am looking forward to Dewar's story next. Wonder what is in store for him and maybe with a few of Ace and Creed's brothers.
review 2: This book, just like the others in the series, kept me interested. I love reading every addition to this series that Brown adds. Unlike a couple others, this ... morestory was not about a new girl to the town that had inherited property from an elder family member. We have already met, know of, and have grown to love Gemma from the first time we heard of her. The ither character, Trace Coleman, was new to the story, and I liked that for a differect aspect added to the series. The delivery of the unexpected baby and both Gemma and Trace's reactions were wonderful! Definitely a different spin than any if the others had!Overall, wonderful! less
