review 1: It's my first time to read a manga and what better way to start with one of my favorite stories! I really enjoyed this adaptation of the novel. It was a good, quick, refresher read of Clockwork Angel.Of course it doesn't have all the details but it covered all the major plot points. I would recommend for you to read the novels first before going into this just so the setting and the description of the characters are clear. I really liked the art work too! Although the drawing of Henry could have been a little less cartoonish (he had the same cartoonish face the entire time @-) ) but other than that I loved this book! Can't wait to pick up the next two!
review 2: I don't usually read manga but this one is as big as a normal paperback so the format isnt bothering... more me too much, and plus I loved The Infernal Devices so much that I had to see it illustrated. It was a fun quick read and most importantly I think it did a good job at capturing the essential of the story, since obviously not all of it could fit. I didnt feel like anything important was missing, but I do think that one shouldnt read this before having read the novels, for sure, for the lack of explanations. less
