review 1: Cathy Kelly's It Started With Paris, a novel, predictable, leaving not much to the imagination. The plot was worthwhile, romantic, day to day life, relationships, but Cathy tells us everything. She tells us about the characters and how they feel, we are not left to use our own thoughts and imaginations.The story is ordinary, divorces, engagements, sister fall outs, the unfaithful husband. Long winded text.I thought this would be a great story, easy to read, but the lack of challenge was disappointing.

There is more heartbreak for Leila as her sister Susie phones to say that their mother has been in a car crash. What readers can expect from Cathy Kelly's new novel It Started With Paris is a busy jam packed storytelling about modern life with romance and heartbreak. less
