review 1: Well, that series was always kinda okay, not awesome, but readable, with cool characters, an okay plot and a love triangle that really really didnt give me any feels whatsoever. I honestly cared the least about kylie and her boys. My concerns where.mostly Holiday and Della. apart from that it was a nice read along that doesnt require much attention. The only two things that really annoyed me was how kylie always kept on crying and whining about everything (preferably to Holiday) and the way the plot was handled. I mean especially in the end there was a fight and it was described in like half a page and two pages later were at the wedding and the books over. Not a very good ending. Oh and number three complaint would be the language, I found it a little bit to teenageri... moresh, if you get what im saying.Overall an okay series with a dull love triangle, but some humour and fun characters plus a decent plot most of the time.
review 2: While I enjoyed the story line/plot of the Shadow Falls novels, some aspects of the story line where a bit too easy to see coming. I enjoyed the characters thats CC Hunter developed, I wish in some aspects that more of the secondary characters where expanded upon a little more. Overall a good series, well written, with some unique aspects. I enjoyed and would recommend to others looking for a YA Fantasy book series. less
