review 1: The last half of the book was much better than the first. The book just seemed kind of fake to me. It was very preachy and somehow it just didn't seem to flow. I didn't become absorbed in the story like I wanted to. The book was definitely biased towards the wife but that didn't really bother me. I think I would have liked the book better if the dialog hadn't been so choppy. I did enjoy the book-----it just needed more fluff to it.
review 2: This was a good book however I found it real predictable. I did like how Jim does change his heart with the help of God, Audrey & Uncle Henry. Showed how the grace of God works in peoples lives and can change a self centered person into a loving caring man. It also shows how a heart can harden and become bitter. When Go... mored intervins the harden heart can melt like ice. It was good but it was predictable.... less
