review 1: Well, Denise has once again turned my world upside down with a set of fictional characters. David, Collin and Ellie team up to put a end to the craziness that started in The Curse Breakers. Denise stays true to who she is as an author by brining us a new twist in the paranormal world. She mixes old folklore with her own genius to weave a tale of gods, history and love - and she doesn't disappoint. So don't second guess this purchase and one click this amazing read!
review 2: The third book in the Curse Keepers series was VERY exciting. Ellie and David are finding new ways to battle the demons released from hell and Collin starts to change his mind about helping Ellie and being a true Curse Keeper alongside her. There are a few twists and turns as the book prog... moreresses. Loyalties are defined and solidified, while pre-destiny is tested. New demons are fought and new characters are introduced, lives are lost. This has the absolute potential to be a lengthy series, one I am want to read.The ending is pretty intense and does not conclude the way I was expecting. Ellie battles a new demon and my only complaint is that Ellie needs to be more aware of her surroundings and the hints the world is giving her. But she is coming to her own in this book. She grows stronger with each page. Her relationship with both David and Collin grows stronger and starts to clearly define itself. I'll be honest I love the bad boys and so I'm rooting for Collin. David shows an ugly side of himself I do not like but was completely expecting to see. Unless he gets a grip he will lose. I hope he doesn't get a grip and I hope Collin wins Ellie's heart. Other than that I just love the series and anxiously wait for the next book to come out. And yes, there will be another in the series. Denise Grover Swank stated in her authors notes at the end there will be. Just when? I do not know. But hurry please!!!I received this ARC for my honest and unbiased review. less
