review 1: Rose continual finds herself in hot water with one mishap after the other. This time, she finds herself in the middle of a bank robbery. As far as Joe Simmons moving back to Henryetta, I was disappointed in his lack for standing up for his own self with his father. However, Mason proves to be one fine catch and I think Rose realizes what a prize she has in her life. Another captivating story that I couldn't put down! I highly recommend it!!!
review 2: This is turning into a soap opera (ok, maybe it already was), but man it's addicting. I love the characters, well....except for Violet, who is a piece of work. ... moreuble?? I can't help but feel like the author rose Mason to pedestal status and lowered Joe to pond scum. He was more of a jerk in this one than any of the others. But he still has his moments. Poor Joe. I just feel so bad for him. Mason is like the dream boyfriend--he's almost a little too good to be true. This installment had plenty of action and plenty of complications to keep it reeling. And man, what a total bombshell at the very end. Cliffhanger city. I'm glad I waited a little to read #5 cuz I don't know how long I can wait for #6! less
