review 1: Dress Your Marines in White es una breve precuela donde nos cuentan, por medio del Dr. James Cutlass, cómo se creó y experimentó con el virus que afectó Monument. Si bien no nos explican el fin de su creación sí nos muestran quien está detrás de esta y puedo asegurarles que he sentido el más profundo desprecio por Massey, ya lo sentía sin saber esto pero es más grande aún el que siento ahora. Este relato es realmente impactante.
review 2: I read Monument 14 and it didn't go over big with me, but this story, this blew me away. This is what should have been at the beginning of Monument 14, this is what should have started the story and this is what would have brought my review of book one to a higher level.A bit scary. Why? Because I could see real... moreity mixed with fiction. I could see people in our government going this far and farther. You don't want to think about it, but you have to wonder how they come up with the things they do. How do they know the effects on humanity? This is how, live test subjects.Ms. Laybourne, I applaud you with this strong, scary, and totally awesome introduction to the happenings in Monument 14 and now I'm looking forward to the sequel. less
