review 1: It's easy to bash Google, Apple, Amazon et cetera and sneer at their "culture" but one can't deny the extraordinary impact those companies have had on our lives. Perhaps the concept of "smart creatives" was a little wearing halfway through the book but there is valuable information about creating a culture where workers feel valued, want to contribute to the good of the company and make a difference.
