Stuck In 2 Worlds

review 1: The author gave me the book for an honest review. I saw in one of the post that it ended with a cliffhanger. I hate cliffhangers and wouldn't have gotten the book and didn't want to like it, but I had promised to read it so forced myself to read. About 25% of the way into the book I was trapped. I kept telling myself this is stupid it will just make you mad, but I couldn't put the book down. As for the ending, it does leave for a next book, but isn'r what i would call a cliffhanger.
review 2: After hearing so much about this book I decided to buy this book. My friends wouldn't shut up about it at school so I needed to know why.From the first chapter I was hooked. In the other reviews here it keeps saying this is like twilight but I don't agree at all this book ... moreis very unique it's own way. The only thing that reminded me of twilight was that that there was a family of vampires the Scott's and that William found Ruby when she was hurt because her scent was appealing to him but other than this two thing noting else is like twilight. This book is full of culture and meaning. I like the way she was interested in learning her new ways of life like the cloths come on she had been covered up all her life ofcourse she would be happy about cloth unless you went through similar thing you wouldn't understand. But really the meaning is deeper than just cloths to Ruby. She felt like she was locked away from the really world all her life. At her fathers house she couldn't even own a single jeans. Over all the book was great I learned a lot about a culture I knew nothing about (even if the country was fictional). I enjoyed seeing the relationship grow between Ruby and William but I have to say the best was when Nikolas came in to the story it changed everything.I will for sure be reading the next book. less
