review 1: Best team-up I've ever read. You wouldn't expect these two to work together, but their dynamic is excellent to read and their characters very well-written. The writing was pretty hilarious, and the art fantastic and perfect for the mood. Everything was great - Czar and his future selves (and their poor timing), Hank's vague intuition, Logan creating beer and assimilating with hunters across the species barrier, Peter keeping giant bugs as pets (and his oh-so-delicious angst at the end, because what Spider-Man comic is complete without Peter Parker's tears of despair). It would get five stars if it weren't for some of the weird plotholes. I mean, come on Marvel, a quick Google search will tell you the K-T extinction event occurred at least 10 million years before primate sp... moreecies, let alone bipedal primates, no matter how much we'd like to think dinosaurs and primates co-existed. I can accept time-travel, aliens, and sentient planets, but gdi I will not stand for historical inaccuracy!
review 2: This is a difficult one for me to review. Basically, I did not like it, I did not enjoy it, but I feel that was more to do with the fact that it was full of things I don't like and to give it a bad review would be unfair. On the good side, this book is bursting with imagination. It is a crazy ride through time and one really does not know what is coming next. Also, the relationship between Wolverine and Spider-man is nicely handled. However, for me everything is too random, I generally dislike time travel anyway and the main villain is a bit predictable. Therefore, I'm giving this three stars because it did not really appeal to me but I think that it was still too good to give less than three stars. less
