review 1: I didn't like that the ending forces you to the next book. No resolution. It's like an installment story of over 400 pages each. However, I really liked the story. On to The Exodus Tower next, which is the next installment of the same story. One thing that escapes me is the lack of affection I feel for Sharma. The development of her character was lacking for me. It's almost like I don't care about that character because of it. The antagonist is well developed however. Go figure.
review 2: Reads like a video game -- way too many detailed fight scenes. The mystery is intriguing, but I don't care about any of the characters. And I don't much like the they-have-a-disease-but-are-not-zombies. Look, you wrote a zombie book. Face it. Could have incorporated a
... more bit more about Darwin, Australia too. It is an interesting locale to choose, but then, the author ignores it except to say that Darwin was small and then everything changed with the elevator. less
