review 1: I was definitely sold on the unusualness of Sweet Tooth, a dark post-apocalyptic world where the population is being thinned out by an illness and children are being born with strange mutations...how more bizarre can you get? I wasn't as thrilled as I had expected to be, however I will continue to read the sequential volumes. Sweet Tooth is too "sweet", for a lack of a better word, to leave at just one volume.
review 2: I got on with this a lot better in comparison to the first time i had read it. What a creepy book! with beautiful artwork (of course) I am intrigued enough that i'd like to continue the story whereas before i wondered why i had impulsively bought this on the comic book shop keeper's say so. It's all just very sad but of course the ending draws y... moreou in, who are these children? what is happening with this story? Interesting... less
