review 1: This book didnt excite me like it did with the others, i mean she really placed a big plot of this huge war that we are all expecting and all we got was in and out of sleep side of the storu,like wth?! But i will admit its a good cliff hanger at the end, i dont get why shes such a brat to her mom, she should be a little bit moreAppriecative and less angry at the fact that she finally can get all the answers dhe wondered about answered jeeze. Idk violet just bugged me this whole book. Not nearly as much as josephine, whata *itch, also theres too many charactors like wdf happend to beth and her partner?
review 2: This series is more addictive than luscious, high-quality chocolate and it gets better with every volume. Full of action, drama, twists and turns, roman... morece, and sexual tension that is off the page, Emblaze is the best of the series so far. Emblaze introduces both fun and serious new characters, and as always Jessica Shirvington creates well-rounded, interesting characters that you can't help but love or hate, whichever is appropriate, although with Phoenix (for me at least) it's both. I especially loved the new character Spence, a loyal friend any girl would want to have by her side. But the favourites still have their amazing parts to play in this life-or death drama, like Steph, Griffin and of course Lincoln. Keep a fan handy, you will need it to keep your temperature down when Lincoln is on the page. I can't wait to read Endless, and then Empower - five books in all. If you want an edge-of-your seat series this is definitely one you can't look past. less
