review 1: The Embrace Series is now one of my all-time favourite paranormal series. With five books, it's a lengthy read but one that I didn't want to end. Every volume was stronger than the one before. Empower, the fifth, brought this series to a stunning conclusion in which I came to admire Jessica Shirvington's talent as a writer and brilliant story teller. Jessica weaves emotion into her characters so well that they step off the page and into your heart. She has the ability to move you to tears as easily as to laughter. I loved the strong characters in this series, especially and of course Violet Eden, but also especially and of course Phoenix. My heart broke for him again and again. And then there was Lincoln, Steph, Spence and Gray, all perfect in their roles.Empower's greates... moret strength was its ending, how it brought the entire series to a spectacular, complete and satisfying conclusion. Well done, Jessica Shirvington.
review 2: Re read several times I'd say this was about the fourth or fifth I really hate it when goodreads deletes reviews you've written and ratings you've made.The heart felt review I made for this AMAZING book is gone..But this is honestly the best book I have ever read, every other book simply pales in comparisonLincoln and Violet.. in each book they ripped my heart out but in this book it got stomped to smithereens and then was knit back together and was glowing with light.I should have known that their love way to good to be truly gone less
