review 1: When Athena gets a letter from Zeus stating that she'll be going to school at Mount Olympus Academy she couldn't be more excited except for leaving her best friend Pallas of course. I mean what could be more exciting besides becoming and going to school with goddesses and godboys? When Athena arrives she finds that everything isn't as great as she thought it would be. From brainstorming ideas to Earth, finding out her mom is a fly, and let's not forget Medusa and her mean sisters will she ever get a break? This is a good easy read or something to read for fun. It's interesting because instead of humans they're immortal so the goddesses and God's have special powers and way more regulations to follow.
review 2: This was a great read for young readers in my opini... moreon. It is something that lets you learn about myths with a fun new twist. This book allows kids to get to see the gods, heroes, and even some monsters of greek myths like they are just like them. I loved learning about Athena she reminded me of myself in jr High. The idea of going to a new school is always scary. Its always scary no matter how old you get to face the unknown. I love how this books shows that things aren’t always as scary as they seem. I enjoyed reading this book because it reminded me of what its like to be a kid facing the unknown. It can be scary but once you make a friend it is worth going and getting excited about. I think this is a great series for young girls to read. It encourages you to be who you are. I know that I would have enjoyed it when I was younger. This is a fun read for elementary aged kids and even some adults. less
