review 1: Testament to how good this comic is: I just had to finish it once I started reading. Which was late last night. And then I really had to go to sleep, but I hesitated because this comic is so eerie and creepy that it does get in your head and I didn't want to suffer from nightmares.I really can't say anything about the contents of the story, because that would massively spoil the fantastic concept introduced in this volume. Though that is merely one element of many that make this comic so great -- the art for instance is excellent too.I'm still surprised to see the IDW logo on these books. They're an OK publisher, but I don't recall them having any other series that is anywhere near this great.

... moreriously cannot stop reading a volume once I start it. These comics are so good and I think they are getting better. There are SO many facets within the story line that make the characters truly come alive. And paraphrasing Bryan Vaughn, these aren't characters anymore, they are people. And it is true, I care about them and I am worried about them and I love it. Could gush about the art and writing for a while...but really, you should just read it for yourself.Oh, and in regards to my last review (on volume 1), I just found out that Joe Hill is Stephen King's son...so yeah. The fear-induced insomnia makes perfect sense. less
