review 1: The 3rd by this author, again left in the lobby of my building by someone. These are fun, fast reads that I've enjoyed. This one had more court/law involvement than the other 3 I read by this author. While I thought that was interesting I didn't like it as much as the one which focused on the Private Eye or police work. The book is written in a way that makes it look like the police find a suspect and do anything they can to make sure they arrest, without giving thoughts to other scenarios. But maybe that usually works.
review 2: I struggled with this book to start with for a number of reasons, first there was a lot of American legalese which made it seem very complicated, secondly I did not know the characters as it was the first book I had read. However I per
... moresisted with it and thoroughly enjoyed it. From other reviews I understood that this one had a more complicated plot than some of the others in the series. I will definitely try and read more of his books and in the right order. less
