review 1: LOVED IT! Will definitely go back and read the previous books in the Johannes Cabal series. Learned a lot from this author. Quite a roller coaster ride at the end. Changes in viewpoints, perceptions, and realities. Left me wondering a bit. Had to re-read a couple things. A good story about perseverance in the face of tragedy(ies)...or devious gods.
