review 1: Actually started this yesterday after reading Pipers (Nauti Siren) & I absolutely loved it! This is Lyrica's story with Graham. The Mackay guys, Dawg (her older brother) & cousins Rowdy & Natches are sooo over the top protective over their little sisters which slightly disguises their match-making schemes!!! Their innocent, tiny little sisters with these bad-ass younger (say by 5-10yrs) versions of themselves!!!! Lyrica's story is full of action & hotness, couldn't put it down. Soooooooo want to find out when Zoey's story is out next.... I can't wait!!! Aaaaaaarrrrggggghhhhhh!!! ;D
review 2: I thought I would really love this one but I didn't. I will give it 3 1/2 stars because I was interested enough that I read it all the way through. The chemistry ... morebetween them wasn't there for me. The sexual tension was palpable but the true love just didn't cut it for me. This was a very hot read don't get me wrong. But the romance just wasn't there for me. It was all "I want you but only for X amount of time then your out." The heroine just accepted this knowing that he just wasn't going to be ready for HEA. I didn't really buy his whole 360 change. I am interested in reading the next one due to the teaser at the end of the book but I might not read it right away. less
