review 1: 3.5 Stars!Not a bad installment in this series. This transition for the heroine was probably the easiest of the entire series but I liked Michelle. These books (novella's) are following the same pattern but because they are so short they are fun to read. Loved the way Kye had to deal with changing diapers when forced to take Roxie's daughter to the Zoo and how excited he got when Michaela loved handing zoo animals...that means she might make an easy adjustment to being mated to a Werewolf!The most interesting part of the series is what is Miles up to and what will he do when he finds out that Roxie is the real "Foretold One" and not Jaden, his daughter, who is pretending to.Not a bad read...I am on to the next book.
review 2: It's a cute, lighthearted and rom... moreantic book. Unfortunately it most definitely follows a formula that the author is using, giving little room for conflict or twist and turns. I liked the premise of Kye finding his mate at the zoo and him being assigned sole protector status of Roxie's infant daughter. The author just left that thread dangling and I assume the reader's will be told why later.There's not much in the way of action and its resolved very quickly and Michaela ever jumps in to help which seems strange to me...what a way to learn Kye's a werewolf. Miles the bad guy has turned into something else...I don't even know what to call it...he's not the villain but what is he? less
