review 1: I like this book because even though the couple were in love and they were planning their wedding, it didn't have an all fairy-tale and everything is totally perfect feel to it. I like the fact that it showed a different side of the wedding planning, where Shane and Clara wanted one thing and their families wanted another. in the end it did work out but still it was a good change. although the big secret was a bit annoying and weird.
review 2: Normally takes me ages to get into a book (but read in 8 days which is really good for me) & normally at first mention of Ireland i get turned off book (think its because when read stories based in london or new york etc i can get lost in story & imagine place whereas since grew up in Dublin b4 movin to Laois i cant seem ... moreto get lost in books based in ireland) i think because it was based on wedding it kept me intetested as at moment im planning my own wedding. All i can say is thank god my parents & future inlaws are nothing like shanes and caras parents - (my two sisters got me book as birthday gift as planning wedding & fiance name is Shane - they thought be funny) heart goes out to cara & shane cos engagement meant to b enjoyed as well as planning but they just faced so much hassle from day they announced their plans to wed. Nice little twist near end wasnt expecting it thought it was gonna b something else. Real good book well worth a read less
