[] I would press the Chaos Walking trilogy urgently on anyone, anyone at all(Guardian). En ole koskaan lukenut mitään vastaavaa, mutta toisaalta olen vältellyt sotakirjallisuutta viimeiseen asti. Taistoja käydään ja kuolema käy. Tämä on todella kirja, josta on mahdotonta sanoa juuri mitään, vaikka se loistava onkin. Suosittelen kokeilemaan itse! Tämä kirja on nuorten aikuisten genreä, mutta sijoittaisin sen kyllä aivan yhtä hyvin aikuisten hyllyyn, eli voi hyvin suositella myös aikuislukijoille.
review 2: I really liked the book. It was very very interesting. I recommend this book to anyone who loves action and fantasy. ... more The way the people and animals could communicate through thoughts was a little weird. The only part that confused me and I think it might confuse other people too, was the author switched the point of view of the story every chapter. It went from a girls thoughts to a boys thoughts, girls, boys and so on. I'm happy the two lovers finally found each other and a little sad because both had to make sacrifices to come together. But overall the book was really good from start to finish. less
