review 1: The book Stay with Me by Paul Griffin is a surprisingly captivating novel about two young teenagers with two very different lives and how the fall in love. Mack who is the main character of the novel is a poor city boy who's been to jail a time or two and was abandoned by his mother, but before she left she shared with him how to train and care for dogs specifically pit bulls. Cece is the other protagonist of the story she is a straight A student and works at the same place Mack does, however she hates dogs because she was attacked by one when she was little. These two have many trials through out there relationship that will have you hooked till the very end.
review 2: What a heartbreaking story! I loved the characters and was completely drawn in to their plig
... moreht. Their romance was so true and heartfelt. The way they were impacted by their surroundings was so realistic. Mack was a particularly pathetic character. He was as much a victim as his victim, but he did not know it. I hoped against hope that he and Cece could somehow make it work, and maybe, just maybe, someday it will. I don't know. I even let go of my fear of pitbulls as I was reading this, which was a feat unto itself. I really like Paul Griffin's writing (not just this book). less

Les choses vont trop vite et les dialogues sont très creux, surtout au début. Une déception.
It was a one sitting read. Pretty Good.
This fell short for me.
