review 1: A decent book, nice and solid, but nothing outstanding. Does EVERYONE have to fall for Banks, though? Seriously, the man is often mean (cf: the previous book), petulant, sarcastic without provocation, and suspicious (an occupational hazard, but still not the most attractive of traits.) He's not THAT good looking (or perhaps he is, but I notice that in previous books people keep complimenting his looks, and nowadays no one does.)
