Genre: Comedy
About the book:
I am a huge fan of PG Wodehouse. His books are so hilarious and extremely graceful. I enjoy humor that is so elegant yet makes your tummy pain. This book is a collection of short stories. There are 11 stories in total, and the first ten stories are about Drones Club. Uncle Fred Flits By is one of my personal favorites, and I am absolutely in love with it. I guess this story is where Uncle Fred makes his first appearance.
Memories:
PG Wodehouse books are tough to find in second hand stores, especially back in my school days. My school library also didn’t have any Wodehouse books. I got to know about Wodehouse through my English ma’am in grade four. She lent me 2 books, and after which I literally search library after library to sit and read this. I think most of the Wodehouse books I read were from Higginbothams and Landmark.
