For some reason, this is the best Slice of Life anime of all Slice of Life anime I’ve watched. A masterpiece that will surely make the audience feel happy because of the story with the happiest family and make heart be calming. I’ll give thumbs up to someone who has made this anime, Yumi Unita.
“Bunny Drop,” tells about Daikichi Kawachi (Hiroshi Tsuchida), is a 30-year-old single. One day in his grandfather funeral, It is revealed that his grandfather left a child from the dark relationship with a comic artist named Masako Yoshii (Maaya Sakamoto). The girl was named Rin Kaga (Ayu Matsuura) which was finally adopted by Daikichi. The mother of Rin is really a beautiful young woman who still looks immature. In the end, he plunges into the manga world and says that he’s not ready to be a mother.
The story of the anime is very interesting about how their relationship together, love and sorrow. Therefore, Daikichi who had never married before got his own challenge to take care of a girl aged 6 years old. How life is so beautiful if we all share a heart in a kinship.
The ending is arguably a bit cliffhanger. However, the story for this anime is pretty good for me. I’m also very curious how the story continued in the manga. In manga is told that until Rin is already teenagers. Somehow from many anime fans say that “Don’t read the manga,” or some say “This is the worst ending ever.” I don’t know what happened in the manga, but that’s why I was so curious to read the manga. Because this anime has a good story, this anime adapted into live-action.
The soundtrack is also very good, especially the song from this ending titled ‘High High High’ by Kasarinchu. Every time I watching this anime, I never skip the ending song because is so good to listen. However, the opening is also very good although I prefer the ending.
Overall, this anime is an anime Slice of Life with a very cool story. This anime is also very good to watch by the prospective parents or with an adult person. The story is the best, so everyone can also watch this anime.
