review 1: This book was nothing that I haven't heard before. A short book and without the blank pages that are counted about 130 pages long. There is a lot of quotes in the book from other authors. The main message of the book is all about what choices you make in your life. You can choose to let life's problems get you down, or choose to overcome them and make a positive come from it.The best part of the book for me was "A Father's Letter to his Son" on page 80.I don't feel this book is worth paying twenty bucks for, sorry...my opinion only.
review 2: A little quick read book with lots of great ideas on how to be a better person and have more "joy, freedom, and a meaningful life." We need to look at the hardships of our lives as opportunities to grow and become stronger,
... more better people not let them hold us back and "cage" us. As he says if I can only accept the challenge of one of the "doors" I will be a much better person! Now that I've read it I need to take the challenge! less

Short read. Not really anything particularly life altering. Well meaning at best.
