review 1: ...Ugh...the lovey dovey got worse in this one. And the fact, that the whole book was split in three parts was not very nice. All three short incidents were actually major things in the story, in my opinion. But they got not much attention. Around 100 pages each part. I mean...big ass fight against Lilif and then bam over? I would have wanted more of that, more plotting, more fighting, more action more....just more!However, part three...I honestly could have skipped that. I was looking forward to Asmodeus so called revenge...and then he wants to punish Ari by marrying her? The lovemaking obsession just started to weird me out at some point.
review 2: First things first i HATE ASMODEUs. What he attempted to do to Ari and Jai just made me cy. i felt Ari's pain an... mored her hate. I also thought this book was honestly like a rollercoaster ride and i was there for the thrill of it. I could see there would be some kinds of twists and turns but when i got to read about them i felt myself tearing up. This book was an amazing conclusion to Samantha Young's fantastic series "Fire Spirits". less
