review 1: 2.5 STARS: Although the writing wasn't stellar, or, quite frankly, imaginative, the story was a decent new-ish take on the tale of the werewolf. I'd have liked there to have been more (more descriptions, more interaction, more history) while at the same time less (less pettiness, less plot holes, less grammatical errors). With the next 3 books downloaded in a box set, I'm hoping this was a case of first book-itis, and the rest of the story will come more naturally.
review 2: This is a great start to the series! I have to admit, some parts of the book were pretty predictable, such as the werewolf's true identity, but even with the predictability, this was a fun and action packed read.I really enjoyed Rylie and Seth as characters. Such a star-crossed love! The
... more wolf and the hunter. I really like this dynamic. One complaint I was going to make was that the book seemed so short! When I finished, I wondered if it was a novella, I read it so quickly, but then I looked at the page length and realized that I was wrong. It's a full length book at nearly 200 pages, but I was so into the book that I read it very quickly.Again, a great start to the series! I'm so glad I have the entire series so I can eat it up. I can't wait to start book two! less

Kept you guessing. Was all around a decent read. I will continue to read the series.

Free Amazon book. Quick read, but some issues with the story and characters.

not bad for a teeny bopper book. I do want to read the second one now.
