The Perseid Collapse

review 1: Book Two in The Perseid Collapse series...I've been a beta reader for these books, as well as the Black Flagged series by Konkoly. I get a little lost in the military jargon and the huge variety of weapons. However, the stories and characters keep my interest. While some of the events are pretty over-the-top, the story is told well and it's easy to imagine the world created by the disaster of The Perseid Collapse and what it might be like to live in it.
review 2: Noticeably more intense than the “Jakarta Pandemic” and “The Perseid Collapse”, “Event Horizon” takes you on a wild ride from post-apocalyptic Boston, to the south of Maine. Taking place over only a few days, the book doesn’t move the story along very far in terms of time, but really add... mores to the overall feel of the series, and best of all it leaves off without a big cliff hanger (one of my pet peeves). We’ll written with great characters I highly enjoyed this book. less
