review 1: Ok, let me tell you something, I have read many a book with with all sorts of story lines and love scenes, but there is no one and i mean no one that can top TB. Her imagination knows no bounds and she has moved to the NO. 1 author slot for me.Matt is one troubled guy and and is a bad assed cop on top of that. Lucy is his best friends sister; feisty and hard to handle. 'HE WANTS HER, ALL OF HER"You dang right he does....... talk about rapture, you haven't seen it yet.This whole series has kept me awake at night reading 'til all hours and it is so well worth it!100 stars in my book.
review 2: I gave it 3.5 stars.I read it in like two and half hours. It's obviously a sexy, quick read.Matt is aggressive and dominant and incredibly hot. Gotta love an attractiv... moree male character!But his and Lucy story is a little odd. It happens in the span of week. The climax and character's struggles happen too quickly.Usually Bailey is awesome at writing this, and I mean I liked it a lot, because it was hot. But it was so quick it felt awkward.And Matt's background, his afghan should have affect him more. He more issues with his ex-fiancée transgression then he did spending time in a foreign country killing people and losing friends. less
