review 1: After being hospitalized for having a ruptured appendix, three year old Colton Burpo went on an unexpected journey. At the knees of god and on the edge of death, Colton survives his surgery in the hospital. Months and years after this event, Colton begins to describe his time in heaven. If you are a Christian, this book is one of the most eye opening and awe struck book you could pick up, even though its short. I would recommend this book to religious people. With the flashbacks telling the story, its impossible to put down.
review 2: This book gives me a glimpse of what Heaven looks like.It's nice to know testimonies from little children and be inspired of their pure faith. Still, I anchor my faith in Truth that is in Christ, Jesus. I'm not saying I don't like... more this book,in fact this encourages me more to read the Scripture and to personally discover and confirm Colton's view (based on his 3-minute experience in Heaven)of Heaven.I'm soooo amazed on how this kid addressed the message of Salvation which is through Jesus Christ alone. Praises to God! less
