review 1: I enjoy the game in my ipad (even though I needed cheat codes) and like a good elseworlds type story so I picked this up. I am pleased with how it shows the psychological origins of what we find in the game. Batman and Superman at odds and everyone picking sides. Of course, it doesn't explain everything, since some heroes and villains die in the books that are in the game which takes place later. But whose counting? Well drawn and good action.
review 2: Injustice: Gods Among Us Volume 1 by Tom Taylor is the beginning of the story that led to the hit video game. When Superman is his happiest, we all know that his happiness can't last long. The Joker ' s most dastardly plan yet, and he succeeds, Metropolis is now gone, along with Superman's beloved wife and unbo... morern child. What happens next is Superman going off the deep end, looking to control any and all danger that may happen. With beautiful art and we'll done storytelling, I can't wait to read the next volume. less
