review 1: Similar to her other story "A Tale of Two Mommies," this story portrays a two moms and son family. In this story, a boy and his two friends are at the beach and his friends have a lot of questions about his two mommies. He enthusiastically responds with which mom helps him with what activities. It is a wonderful story for all children to learn that differences are okay but also that “different” is really not that different at all. This is a great book for children in grades K-3. ... morehat there is a lot of rhyming, it made the book flow smoothly and pleasantly.I only wish that this book had been a little bit longer... I felt that there wasn't enough of an actual story, just a couple of pages of rhyming...On a side note- I liked that there were racially diverse characters in this book. There aren't enough children's books like that...I received this book for review purposes via NetGalley. less

A touching book where a boy tells his friends all the things his "Momma" and "Mommy" help him with.
