review 1: Although I was kind of disturbed, when it was revealed that the helpless children's bones were being used for making the artificial limbs, and even considered discontinuing reading the series over that, I was very glad when justice was served to that evil guy, Phantomhive-style. Sadly, I actually kind of saw that coming, as I had had sneaking suspicions of such while reading other volumes as well. So, when they burned the building down, while felt slightly sad for the children, I also felt as though justice had been served. The children actually had no life to amount to anything as they were living, anyhow.--------------------- Must say Miss Nina is a real hoot. Her carrying on is hilarious, and I can only hope she will show up in later volumes as well.-------------------... more-- Now that the crazy circus stuff is over, this series can move on to something else. And, I'll read other volumes, when the library gets them, which means that it might be awhile.
review 2: This one would have to be my favourite volume after the Indian-curry segment! Also after Sebastian, the maid of phantomvile house is my second favourite. I loved the first page of the volume where you see the three servants standing. So far you see only two of the servants faces, whereas the maid's fave isn't seen but she does however lift her spectacles. This volume left me hooked on the series. I even had to read the first chapter of this volume again because I loved it. less
