review 1: Updating a weekend of reading. This one follows the cubs as one has to be crowned North Wind. There is an additional part about whether Santa Claus is a fable and a bunch of really small sets of panel to carry on stories based on celebrity readers. These short pages move on some interesting bits that have been side stories. There is the ongoing saga of a porcupine that is trying to get laid by a human that is quite fun.
review 2: Such an obvious clue in this one and I didn't figure it out! ARGGGHHH. Oh well. We clearly are being set up for more twists and turns in the story. Bellflower seems to be back. The new North Wind is chosen. Lessons start. You get the strong feeling that their new living quarters aren't going to be a whole lot friendlier than Mister Dar... morek was. I loved how the new North Wind is chosen. On to the next one! less
