review 1: I love mysteries, thrillers, and serial killer books, but this one was so gory and graphic I couldn't finish it. It's one of the first books that I haven't finished. No matter how bad a book is I always try to give the book the benefit of the doubt and finish it even if it feel physically painful. This one even as a nurse in which I see blood and guts was too much for me. If you have a strong stomach and are fearless give this one a try, but if you think I read this stuff all the time no big deal you might request a sample first from amazon before digging in. I borrowed this as a part of my amazon prime and was happy I wasn't out any money.
review 2: I loved the bits with the killers from the initial novella project and a few of the longer interactions, but ove... morerall the tales were disjointed and less than engaging. Had I read all the other various books I'm sure I would have liked this more... especially if I took the time to read them in order while periodically returning to Serial Killers Uncut, when appropriate. I just don't have the patience (or all the other books). less
