review 1: This was a suspenseful thriller with a a little bit of politics thrown in. A tad on the long side, but the denouement was exciting and led to a satisfying ending. I'll definitely check out more by this author when I want something exciting to read. (I knocked one star off just because the teenage character annoyed me too much and I didn't like how long the book was. But it was still an entertaining read.)
